筆者有非常嚴重的過敏性鼻炎，每到氣候劇烈變化，鼻子便發難，鼻黏膜腫脹、鼻腔完全塞住，嚴重時甚至鼻水幾乎流不出來，總之是非常的不舒服。 在這樣的情況下，筆者唯一能仰賴的就是抗組織胺跟鼻噴劑了。但這兩種藥用多了都會產生抗藥性，尤其有些鼻噴劑甚至還含有防腐劑成分，明知對身體相當不好，可是又礙於鼻塞症狀不得不使用，心底實在相當無奈！ 在某次機緣巧合下，筆者得知洋蔥可改善鼻過敏症狀，拿了一粒剝皮洋蔥來嗅聞，沒想到洋蔥的刺鼻氣味在短短幾分鐘內便令筆者完全塞住的鼻子暢通許多。筆者受到鼓舞，便把洋蔥剁成碎末，以白瓷湯匙舀了三匙的份量，配開水直接吞服下，結果沒隔十五分鐘，鼻子過敏症狀完全消失，暢通舒服整個晚上。 現在每當鼻子過敏症狀又起時，就會再度拿洋蔥自我治療。到目前為止，每次都有效，因此建議有鼻子過敏困擾的朋友也可試試看這個偏方，或許也有機會跟我一樣，因此改善鼻過敏的症狀也說不定。 |
